Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 300 gms prawns cleaned


  • 50 gms shallots


  • 1 nos chopped onions


  • 3 tbsp grated ginger


  • 1 tbsp garlic,chopped


  • 2 nos curry leaves


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp pepper powder

Directions

  • Shallow fry prawns for 3 minutes under low flame.
  • Strain them and keep aside.
  • Saute the remaining chopped onion,shallots, ginger,garlic and curry leaves ,add salt and turmeric and pepper, saute till golden brown color ,add prawns and saute for a minute more.
  • Flame off and keep for 5 more minutes.
  • Prawns Pepper Ginger Fry Ready.
